Chris Molloy is hosting this very special retreat to honour all that is wonderful in each and every one of us and to celebrate Summer Solstice. We look forward to welcoming you for the day at Lisnavagh. The practice will be slow, deeply restorative and all about dipping into your inner fire.
There are beautiful rambling walks through the forests at Lisnavagh. You may prefer to totally chill by the natural lake and take a lakeside woodburning sauna. Why not it’s good to switch off from this disproportionate world we live in.
The food is at Lisnavagh is sourced from the walled garden and local organic suppliers and the team can’t wait to nourish you with a hearty lunch and snacks. If you wish to have a treatment please let us know in advance and we can arrange. A list of treatments is available upon request.
In addition we can offer over night accommodation at Lisnavagh if you wish to extend your stay for a while longer with a light dinner and breakfast the following morning. Please ask us about accommodation rates.
