Welcome Teas in The Library 9:30am…

10am - Dynamic Yoga Flow | Pranayama & extra-long Savasana.

12pm - Quiet & Mindful Woodland Walk & Tree Hugging.

1pm – Healthy Vegetarian Lunch.

Free Time | Lake Dip | Hot Shower / Bath | Relax | Stroll the grounds | Dolmen visit

5:30pm – Slow & Meditative Yin Yoga & Nidra

7:30pm – Evening meal

8:30pm – Fire pit & flame gazing (weather permitting)

9:30pm - Retreat to bed for a good night’s sleep.

9:00am – Gentle Hatha | Journaling

Virginia Giani

Virginia (Yoga With Ginni) Is a full time  RYT500+ Yoga Teacher, Magic Earth Cacao facilitator, retreat host, space-holder and and all-things-wellness advocate. She's been on her Yoga journey since 2019 and has been teaching since 2020. Ginni specialises in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and has also trained in Ashtanga while in Rishikesh, India.She's a dreamer, a thinker, a seeker, a healer, a deep believer of self-transformation and of course a beautiful mess at times! Yoga and Cacao have guided her towards a healthier happier lifestyle, free from the chains of depression and anxiety that so often held her down.Her souls purpose is to help others find this same solace and freedom in this ancient practice of Yoga that helps you to heal your body, mind & soul and connect more deeply with nature, yourself and your own higher purpose. A professional yet lighthearted and open approach is her style. Ginni embraces her sense of humour, silliness and laughter with plenty of giggles and smiles at her retreats, classes and workshops.
