Your Arrival & Welcome Circle

  • 4:00 pm onwards: Arrival and settling in
  • 6:00 - 7:00 pm: Welcome Circle
  • 7:00 - 8:00 pm : Dinner
  • 8:30 - 9:00 pm: Optional Yoga Nidra

SATURDAY 7 June

A full day at Lisnavagh!

  • 7:30 - 8:00 am: Morning Kriya & Pranayama - Breathwork
  • 8:00 - 9:00 am: Light Breakfast
  • 10:00 - 11:45: Heart Opening Vinyasa Flow
  • 12:00 - 1:00 pm: Lunch
  • 1:30 - 3:00 pm - Into the Woods
  • 3:00 - 5:30 pm - Soak in a bath, Curl in a sofa, a cuppa, Read, A Nap :)
  • 5:30 - 7:30 pm - Yin/ Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath w Dervila
  • 7:30 - 8:00 pm - Fire Ceremony to invoke summer's presence
  • 8:15 - Dinner

The Teacher for this event

Manasi

Manasi is a Yoga Teacher, Educator and Mentor.  Born and raised in India, she has been teaching and guiding yoga students and teachers for over 8 years in the UK & Ireland.  Her offerings are based on simplicity and authenticity and focus on making this ancient path of Yoga as a way of life and accessible to all.  “I believe that yoga goes beyond the physical. Its values and philosophy can be embodied by everyone to lead a fulfilling life”. As a mum of 2, Bray is currently her home.   She is building a community for Yoga Asana & meditation classes, Kirtan evenings and various workshops and teacher trainings where people can learn as well as connect with each other from their hearts.
