Pesto

Pestos are from vegetables in the walled garden such as kale, rocket, basil as well as wild garlic when in season. We also make a sundried tomato pesto from the tomatoes grown in the tunnel!

Pesto goes deliciously with pasta or spaghetti or on a piece of sourdough toast under a poached egg and a quick and nutritious way to feed the kids!
