Our Story

Bunbury Boards

Every Board Tells A Story

Having experimented with several different accessories for a few years, The Lisnavagh Timber Project found that chopping, cheese and bread boards were becoming very popular with local retailers, friends and family.

In 2008, The Lisnavagh Collection was launched and the “Bunbury Board” was selected as its first product. Bunbury Boards were launched at the Autumn Fair in the RDS in 2008.

Bunbury Boards are not just for chopping… (We try not to call them “chopping boards”). In fact we understand that several customers find them too beautiful to use at all and have hung them on the wall! However, they are actually designed to be used – for chopping, cheese, bread and carving or simply for serving delicious food.
