Yoga Programme

FRIDAY Arrival from 3pm to settle in and go for a walk if you wish

5.30pm-7pm: Gentle introduction to hatha yoga

7.30pm Dinner

SATURDAY A light breakfast prior to class

9am-11:00am – Yoga class

12 noon - Lunch, followed by free time - garden walks, longer walks, siestas and fireside reading. Or treat yourself by booking a treatment on site - please book in advance

4:30pm – 6pm – Yoga class

7.00pm Dinner

SUNDAY A light breakfast prior to class.

9am-11am – Yoga class

12 noon – Lunch and depart by 3pm

FRIDAY Intro and Meditation 5.30 – 7.30/8pm

Dinner 8pm

Noble silence Start Silence after dinner until lunch time the next day.

SATURDAY Morning meditation 7.30-9.00am

Breakfast: 9.00-10.00am (Silence)

Walking meditation / sitting meditation: 10.30-12.00 - (End of Silence)

Lunch 12.30 – 1.30pm

Wilderness Walk 2pm – 5pm

Evening meditation: 6.30 - 8.00pm

Dinner 8pm

Sleep Meditation after dinner and Noble Silence

SUNDAY Morning Meditation: 9.00 – 10.30am
