The Kitchen

The hardworking team in the Lisnavagh Kitchen takes great interest in nutrition and wholly believes in the power of food and how we should eat with the seasons, using organic ingredients from local suppliers and the Lisnavagh Walled Garden. We enjoy cooking for  guests and take inspiration from Ottolengi’s (as well as others) vibrant recipes as we prepare organic dishes. As Yotam Ottolenghi says, ‘A well-made salad must have a certain uniformity; it should make perfect sense for those ingredients to share a bowl.’

Our Food

Menus

Menus are based around vegan and vegetarian food for breakfast lunch and dinner with homemade snacks and fruit available in between, along with drinks and a selection of organic teas and coffee.

Guests are invited to enjoy their food in the dining room around a large mahogany table and a fireplace that brings a huge sense of warmth. Emily lives in a part of Lisnavagh House with her husband, William Bunbury and their three children. The family are very much part of the warmth of Lisnavagh House.
