What is Forest Bathing?
Forest bathing is something we all need in our lives and can be enjoyed by all age groups with good mobility. Forest bathing is an experience offered to people who can de stress simply by going into the woods for a period of time and with guidance can benefit greatly. Recent studies have proven that forest bathing has huge health benefits and has been part of the national health programme in Japan since the 1980s.
We are now offering a forest bathing experience at Lisnavagh to groups taking you through our woodlands trails and finishing off at the brick barn with hot soup and toasted marshmallows!
