Methodology:

Cultivating Inner Peace is a process of identifying what triggers your stress, building the resilience and inner peace to let it go and choosing another way to respond. This workshop will offer a program dedicated to the cultivation of these skills. You will be guided through a variety of healing practices such as:

  • Meditation
  • Self-reflection
  • Dynamic group process
  • Therapeutic breath work

At the end of this workshop, you will have fostered a sense of calm over who you are and how you live in the world.

  • 8:30 am Fresh Healthy Breakfast
  • 9:30 am Group Circle
  • 12:30 pm Buffet Lunch
  • 1:30 pm Mindful Walk or Outing
  • 3:30 pm Afternoon Program (Varies)
  • 6:00 pm Dinner
  • 7:00 pm Time for quiet reflection.
