One Day Retreat at Lisnavagh

Kick into a Spring routine with Lisa Quish Yoga - Lisnavagh House, 10:30-6pm, 18th February 2017

Schedule: 11-1pm - Morning Glory, a strong warming yoga practice with core work, detoxing twists, and hip opening 1:15 - wholesome vegetarian lunch with a focus on mitahara (mindful eating); 2:15 - silent walk; 3-5 - short talk on dinacharya (seasonal routines) followed by meditation and yoga nidra; 5:15 - afternoon tea with delicious but healthy treats;
